MONY Group is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Manchester, hybrid role with 2 days in the office. You will contribute to building scalable financial products, work across the full SDLC, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver value to millions of customers.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering function in Manchester. You’ll be working in a team responsible for helping customers discover and switch financial products more easily. The team owns services that support millions of customer journeys each month and plays a key role in driving customer growth across MoneySuperMarket.

Expect hands-on involvement across the entire SDLC, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers.

You’ll be joining a highly collaborative engineering community that values quality, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. We invest in pairing, communities of practice, hack days and technical guilds to help engineers learn from one another and grow their careers.

We’re an AI-enabled engineering organisation, and we're actively exploring how AI can improve software delivery, from code generation and testing to documentation and architectural discovery. Engineers are encouraged to experiment with emerging tools and shape how AI is integrated into our development practices.
