You code across the full stack including React, Node.js, and Python, along with a variety of powerful frameworks. You’ll be delivering new features that are not only critical to the success of the organisation but also have a direct impact on our customers. There is a high value on code quality, reliability, and user experience, so you must engineer with these principles at the forefront of your work. Experience in engineering with these in mind will be a big advantage. Additionally, exposure to cloud technologies and networking will be a plus, as these are core to many of the challenges being solved.

Communication is key and collaboration is paramount to success. The role is onsite, and there is a strong belief that in person is essential for success. Being in the same room allows you to work closely with your peers, share insights, and ensure everyone is aligned as technical challenges are tackled.
