Job summary

Understanding Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to tackle deep technical challenges and help reinvent how future hardware is created from London. You will join a top-tier, Series A engineering team building a platform that translates hardware requirements into circuit designs, combining software, data and engineering.

You will own and evolve backend systems, build Python services, and work closely with product and engineering teams to address hardware-design challenges.

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Experience with Django and backend services
• Ability to design scalable backend architectures
