Arcus Search is partnering with a high-growth AI technology company to hire a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in London. This hands-on role spans frontend and backend, with ownership of end-to-end delivery and a direct line to leadership.

Hybrid work is offered (1 day per week in London) with equity and a competitive salary. You’ll influence architecture and product direction while scaling a platform at the forefront of AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Expertise with a modern front-end framework such as React, Vue or Angular.
• Experience designing and building APIs and backend services.
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through to delivery.
• A pragmatic engineering mindset, balancing speed, quality and maintainability.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll take ownership of end-to‑end product development, working closely with Product, Design and Engineering leadership to deliver features used by enterprise customers.

You'll have significant influence over technical decisions, architecture and product direction while helping scale a platform operating at the forefront of AI adoption.
