Job summary

LTM in London is seeking a Senior DotNet Developer to lead a greenfield AWS-based project. You will design, implement, and deliver robust .NET/NET Core services, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced trading environment.

The role is full-time with three days per week in our London location. You’ll be hands-on with modern engineering practices, automation, and scalable microservices for electronic trading capabilities.

Qualifications

• Very deep understanding of .NET/.NET Core and OO principles.
• Experience in ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful API techniques.
• Solid understanding of and experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with containerisation solutions like Docker.
• Experience designing and building API-based service-oriented or microservice architectures.
• Diligent with automated testing (NUnit, Moq, Cucumber, etc.).
• Strong experience with middleware messaging services (RabbitMQ, TIBCO, SignalR, etc.).
• CI/CD tools experience (Git, TeamCity, etc.).
• Agile development experience.
• Nice-to-have: AWS, Fixed Income product knowledge, JS SPA awareness, and other modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team delivers high-quality software using industry best practices for code management, testing, and CI/CD.
• Take responsibility for software delivery by ensuring quality and scope expectations are met.
• Contribute to and own the technical design, ensuring all aspects of the system architecture are well documented.
• Work closely with partner technology teams and collaborate effectively.
• Help build a new greenfield solution as part of a small team.
• Support the business in improving its electronic trading capabilities within the fixed income space.
