Job description
What You'll Do
  • Work as part of a self‑organised full‑stack engineering team in the Acquisitions outcome area, focused on customer experience by optimising journeys to apply for a card.
  • Collaborate across Capital One's partners such as ASOS, Post Office and Very to develop excellent customer experiences.
  • Own ambiguous problems and deliver scalable, full‑stack solutions.
  • Solve broader business problems and think at domain and system level.
  • Achieve goals and vision shared by Product Management and Leadership.
Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in modern web frameworks and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, React.js or equivalent). Knowledge of Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies (TDD, BDD, Pair Programming).
  • Ability to deliver high‑quality applications and collaborate effectively.
  • Commitment to inclusion; experience working with diverse teams is an asset.
