Job description

This is a newly created position for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take an instrumental position for a Northampton based firm paying £60,000 - £70,000 in a hybrid (3 days in the office) work environment.

This is both a hands‑on technical and leadership role, responsible not only for building high‑quality, scalable systems but also for implementing and maintaining modern development, coding, and deployment practices across the team.

To be considered for this position, you will need solid hands on skills with:

• AWS, S3 & Lambda
• React &/or Node.JS
• JavaScript & HTML
• Python
• Redshit or equivalent SQL

As a Senior Full Stack/Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for leading the design, development and deployment of full stack web applications and business tools.

In addition to developing and maintaining scalable cloud based solutions, you will be responsible for development standards, implementing coding practices, version control & code reviews, implementing deployment practices, change management, and mentoring junior developers.

Based on the outskirts of Northampton, my client is paying £60,000 - £70,000 + up to 15% bonus. This is a hybrid role of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. As my client is on the outskirts of Northampton, you will need your own transport to reach their office.
