Job description
What you will be doing
  • You will be using agile engineering practices and modern development technologies, you'll transform design into a user-friendly product, giving feedback and suggesting trade-offs when required
  • Working closely with other team members you'll craft clear user stories, write both unit and integration tests, and continuously deliver product enhancements
  • Designing, implementing & documenting solutions in collaboration with developers, solutions architects and applications architect
  • Responsible for the recruitment of developers & continuous improvement of recruitment process
  • Driving improvements in KPI's (code quality, defects, performance, security, resiliency)
  • Planning & pre-planning sessions with PO and Architects. Translate non-technical and technical requirements to appropriate audiences
  • Member of a supportive, creative and inspirational team of engineers.
  • Developing, implementing and tracking on KPI metrics across multiple products.
Who we are looking for
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js, with experience in building scalable frontend and backend applications. Styling with CSS, SCSS, and Emotion.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, and Redis, as well as infrastructure management using Terraform. Familiarity with GraphQL for API development.
  • Skilled in writing unit and integration tests with Jest, API testing using Supertest and Nock, and E2E testing with Cypress.io and Webdriver.io. Experience with Scala and performance testing using Gatling is a plus.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, as well as monitoring and observability tools like Splunk and New Relic.
