Join us to play a pivotal role in breaking the cycle of children entering care, by engaging with parents early in their pregnancy stages and ensuring consistent and supportive experiences for all families involved. In this fast-paced setting, you will be conducting thorough pre-birth assessments and contributing to vital decision-making processes and outcomes for vulnerable babies. You will manage cases across Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Interim Care Order (ICO) stages, requiring adept skills in legal planning and pre-proceedings.

Your comprehensive understanding of complex case discussions and multi-agency strategies is essential, particularly in areas such as substance misuse, mental health, domestic abuse, and homelessness.
