Community Care Live in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced social worker to join the Older Adults Team. You will be innovative, person-centred and committed to strengths-based practice, with opportunities for ongoing development and supervision in a supportive team.

You will manage complex caseloads, supervise junior staff, triage safeguarding referrals and build professional relationships across services.

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification and registered with Social Work England (SWE).
• Understanding of strengths-based approaches.
• Knowledge of social work issues, legal frameworks and statutory duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and available support.
• Manage a complex caseload while supervising Case Workers and Senior Case Workers.
• Triaging safeguarding referrals and making informed decisions.
• Build positive and professional relationships.
