Qualifications

• Social Work England registration is required.
• Qualified social work degree or equivalent (Degree, DipSW, CQSW).
• Significant post-qualifying experience in Children’s Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Screen, assess and analyse referrals to the Integrated Front Door.
• Gather information from partner agencies to inform safeguarding decisions.
• Identify risk levels and ensure timely, proportionate support for children and families.
• Provide guidance and consultation to professionals and partner agencies.
• Maintain accurate case recordings and decision rationales.
