Senior Social Worker, Early Help Hub (EHH)

The Senior Social Worker, Early Help Hub (EHH) will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of Merthyr Tydfil’s Team Around the Family (TAF) model, ensuring families receive timely and effective support at the earliest possible stage. The role will focus on leading and developing a preventative, strengths‑based approach that helps families achieve their personal outcomes and reduces the need for statutory intervention.
