Kent County Council is recruiting Senior Social Workers to join our community teams across Thanet. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid model of office-based and home working to meet service needs.

You will conduct Care Act and MCA assessments, Court of Protection work, and s42 safeguarding enquiries, with a focus on person-centred practice and risk management. Registration with Social Work England is required, along with Advanced Practitioner level capability and a commitment to

Qualificações

• This role requires registration with Social Work England.
• Advanced Practitioner level under the Professional Capabilities Framework is expected.
• Experience with Care Act assessments, MCA assessments, Court of Protection, and safeguarding inquiries.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and support adults with a range of care and support needs across Kent.
• Undertake Care Act assessments, MCA assessments, Court of Protection applications and safeguarding enquiries.
• Provide supervision and development support to staff.
• Balance office-based and home working in a hybrid service model.
• Work with partners to deliver person-centred practices and flexible service delivery.
