  • Attend Child in Need planning meetings.
  • Implement Child in Need plans efficiently.
  • Review and monitor Child in Need care plans.
  • Identify resources and services to achieve planned outcomes.
  • Recognise developmental needs of children in need.
  • Maintain up-to-date case recordings.
  • Work closely with children and families under supervision orders.
  • Conduct and record 6-weekly visits consistently.
