Leaders in Care are working directly with a council in the West Midlands to offer something special. With recent funding approved in line with the financial year, we’ve been given the green light to recruit Child Protection Senior Social Workers in a well-known Council, and this is a really good time to be joining our agency!

The service has 4 teams in which a small number of cases are allocated to Senior Practitioners, as you will be mainly supporting your team manager with encouraging best practice and assisting colleagues to develop their cases.

Flexible working is extremely encouraged by the council, with local hubs throughout the county for peace and quiet, senior management have no expectation around having to come to the office x times a week.

OFSTED rated the council’s children services as GOOD last year. This is a service that has massively improved in the last couple of years and senior management are striving for an OUSTANDING rating on next review.

Due to our direct contact with this council, we are able to support your needs being met, from working from home 4 days a week to childcare and morning school runs, we have you covered, let us find the role that suits your wants best.
