Job summary

You will work hybrid, with 1-2 days in Colindale, and you will lead case management, ensure timely interventions, and collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to secure positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience of CIN and Child Protection in a statutory setting.
• Experience of court work within a children's social care context.
• Strong communication and professional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a long-term statutory social work team.

Responsibilities

• Work in hybrid mode with 1-2 days per week in the Colindale office.
• Handle CIN and Child Protection cases within Intervention & Planning Team.
• Undertake court proceedings and associated statutory responsibilities.
