Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are seeking a skilled Senior Social Worker to join the Richmond & Barnes Social Care Team. This opportunity will enable you to manage complex cases, provide professional oversight and contribute to outstanding adult social care practice.
About the Team: The team consists of Social Workers and Social Care Assessors co-located with District Nurses and Community Matrons to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary support. Based in East Sheen, the team works closely with local partners to provide holistic and personalised services.
