TSA is a creator-inspired social media agency seeking a Senior Social Media & Strategy Executive to drive strategy and day-to-day activation for client accounts. You'll plan content, manage communities, and use tools like Sprout Social and Hootsuite to optimise performance, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and delivering against KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar role with strong social media and influencer marketing knowledge.
• Proficient with Sprout Social and Hootsuite for scheduling, community management and reporting.
• Excellent copywriting, grammar and spelling; clear written and verbal communication; able to present to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of clients' social accounts, ensuring on-brand content and KPI delivery.
• Plan and schedule content, manage communities, and maintain content calendars.
• Analyze performance and prepare clear reports with actionable insights.
• Support senior team on new business via social audits and platform research for pitches.
