Job summary

Peterborough First Group is seeking a Senior Practitioner to deliver high-quality social work within the Assessment Teams. This part-time role (18.5 hours) will be pro-rata with the full-time salary basis, focusing on complex caseloads and timely, proportionate services for children and families.

You will support the Team Manager, contribute to practice development, and embed Family Valued principles and Motivational Interviewing while working across countywide locations.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Ability to work from a variety of locations and travel countywide independently.
• Hold a complex caseload while driving performance and practice standards in the team.
