KRG are proudly representing a global integrated agency that sits at the centre of the construction, property and built‑environment sector. They're looking for a Social Media Senior Executive to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, insight‑driven social for an impressive roster of clients. With a big new business drive, they've hired 2 people into the agency throughout Q4 and have many new roles and opportunities on the cards for the end of 2025 and 2026!

As a Social Media Senior Executive, you'll manage day‑to‑day social activity across 8-10 retainer clients, supporting the delivery of always‑on content, campaigns and strategic activation. You will be hands‑on with planning, scheduling, content direction, reporting and community management, ensuring each client's channels run smoothly and deliver measurable impact.

You’ll work closely with the social media team at the heart of an integrated agency environment, collaborating closely with multiple specialist teams across paid media, SEO, account management alongside their in‑house production and content team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own social media planning, scheduling and performance across your clients
  • Brief, collaborate and ideate with the production/ content team
  • Deliver platform‑specific best practice – Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok (B2C client focus)
  • Compile analytics, reporting and insights for your clients
  • Support in building strategic social recommendations for both always‑on and campaign‑based work
  • Manage community engagement and ensure brand tone of voice is upheld
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging opportunities
  • Work with the social media manager on strategy for your clients
About You
  • Experience in an agency environment working across multiple client accounts
  • An understanding the property or construction space (not essential)
  • Demonstrable experience crafting and optimising social content
  • Confident working with content creators, videographers and designers
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
  • Insight‑driven mindset, you love using data to tell stories and refine strategy
