Job summary

Zeno London seeks a Senior Account Director (or Associate Director) to lead integrated social and creator programmes for a range of clients within the ZDX team on a maternity cover contract.

You will oversee social strategy, content planning, creator partnerships and campaign performance, with line management of junior team members and collaboration with strategy, creative and paid media colleagues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in social and creator strategies within agency or in-house settings.
• Strong ability to lead client conversations and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated social/creator campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead social and creator programmes across a portfolio of clients.
• Oversee development of social media strategies and creator partnerships.
• Manage budgets, timelines and project profitability.
• Line manage junior team members and drive capability building.
