Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates will be required to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
• The successful candidate will have to complete registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) when they begin in post.

Responsibilities

• Senior Social Care Worker - Supervisors are responsible for providing support to individuals in a variety of settings, dependent on the post, ensuring a high standard of service delivery of support to individuals to live well through their own strengths, skills, community, personal gifts and people who play a key role in their life.
• The Senior Social Care Worker - Supervisor's role includes ensuring that individuals receive high standards of care and support in accordance with relevant legislation and national guidance associated with the service
