Job Location: Fort William, PH33 6HDSalary 25,545.00 - 27,885.00 (13.10 - 14.30)Hours: 37.5 hours (Full-time)Driving license requiredWe are looking to recruit a Senior Social Care Practitioner. You will provide support to a team of practitioners, experience in Health and Social Care is required.

Centred(Scotland) is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health towards mental well-being. Our services are currently based in Easter Ross, Lochaber, Inverness and Caithness. In Fort William we also have a recovery centre, which provides accommodation for up to 23 service users.

  • Demonstrates a commitment to the development of their own skills and knowledge and is willing to actively seek and take part in learning opportunities e.g. SVQ qualification.
  • Can be adaptable within their role and shows initiative.
  • Has good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Is flexible around service requirements, including flexibility with shift patterns.
