Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a security operations function, ideally in an MSP.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 security tooling (Defender, Entra ID, Purview).
• Experience building or improving processes, documentation and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Incident Response for high-impact cyber attacks and containment strategies.
• Mentor security engineers and analysts while improving technical capabilities.
• Drive threat-hunting programs, tabletop exercises, and Zero Trust architectures.
