Job summary

Ontinue is hiring a security operations professional to detect and respond to threats in our Cyber Defense Center (SOC). You will investigate incidents, mentor junior staff, and help improve internal processes while collaborating across CDC teams to drive automation and efficiency.

We value curiosity, strong communication, and a broad knowledge of Identity, Endpoint, Network, or Cloud security. This role supports a global team with a flexible, follow-the-sun model and inclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Security or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of security operations, system administration or pen-testing.
• Experience with EDR and SIEM security tools.
• Reliable, self-starter with strong communication.
• Microsoft Security Stack knowledge is a plus.
• Security certifications are a plus.
• Broad security knowledge across Identity, Endpoint, Network or Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Detect and respond to threats in our Cyber Defense Center (SOC) by end-to-end investigations.
• Mentor and coach more junior team members.
• Assist with development and implementation of internal processes.
• Collaborate with CDC teams to drive improvement and automation.
