Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Security Operations Senior Associate to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. You will detect, analyze, and respond to threats across the organization, contributing to incident response and continuous improvement of security controls.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate staff on security best practices, and provide intelligence services to JPMorgan Chase acquisitions. Weekend shifts and in-office presence are required in this role.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations including threat detection, incident response, or vulnerability management.
• Experience in network trace analysis, log analysis, vulnerability assessment, exploitation techniques, and security investigations.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation, implementing controls, and data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security architecture design principles.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS, EDR, malware analysis tools and email security solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze security infrastructure, contributing to detection and response to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Conduct in-depth security investigations, including log analysis and network trace review to identify root causes and evidence for response.
• Triage and remediation of security alerts with end-to-end ownership of investigations.
• Create and maintain process documentation to support incident response effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain threat detection and response playbooks aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement coordinated security strategies and educate employees.
• Provide intelligence services to acquisitions, including drafting vulnerability and intelligence reports.
• Maintain communication with acquisitions to document cybersecurity posture and uplift opportunities.
• Support weekend shifts and comply with in-office attendance policies.
• Take ownership of issues affecting acquisitions and drive uplifts to completion.
• Act as a point of escalation for analysts on the team.
