InfoSec People Ltd is supporting a leading organisation in a highly regulated environment to strengthen its Cyber Defence capability. We are seeking an experienced Senior SOC Analyst to monitor, investigate and respond to security incidents across a complex enterprise estate with Microsoft security technologies.

You will work with cyber defence teams to improve detection, hunt threats, and tune rules using KQL, contributing to advanced threat detection and incident response in a regulated

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a SOC environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft Sentinel experience.
• Advanced KQL skills.
• Proven incident response experience.
• Experience analysing malicious emails and threats.
• Knowledge of modern cyber attack techniques.
• Experience in regulated environments and CNI.
• SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel.
• Analyse and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct investigations into phishing and malicious email campaigns.
• Perform threat hunting activities.
• Develop and optimise detection rules using KQL.
• Enhance SIEM content and analytics.
• Assist with forensic investigations across network and endpoint environments.
