Job summary

St. James's Place Practice in Elstree is seeking a Financial Administrator to support two financial advisers and the wider team with client servicing and administration.

You will handle client valuations, documentation and meeting packs, plus new business submissions and ongoing client servicing through SJP systems, ensuring a high level of service. A proactive team player with strong organisational skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers with client administration and policy servicing.
• Prepare client valuations, documentation and meeting packs.
• Handle new business submissions and ongoing client servicing via SJP systems.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver high level client service.
• Assist with light paraplanning duties where required.
• Maintain accurate client records and support general practice administration.
