A regional financial institution in Leeds seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance operational excellence across its core banking platforms. You will contribute to maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of core services, primarily in an Azure-based environment. The ideal candidate will possess Azure experience and a background in DevOps. This role offers a hybrid working model and an annual colleague bonus.

This is a unique opportunity to be there from the beginning to be part of a team supporting our live operational environment for our cloud native Core banking platform which will set us up for success on our core replacement programme, the largest transformation in our 150 year history.
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who is passionate about helping to provide operational excellence across our core banking cloud platforms at enterprise scale.
Your expertise will help maintain and improve our Core Banking services. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our Core systems through proactive monitoring, alerting, self‑healing capabilities, and incident response. You'll work within a complex Azure‑based environment, applying your technical expertise to support and evolve our production landscape.
