Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong technical understanding of building services and mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors in fast-paced site environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site mechanical construction activities.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and ensure work aligns with specifications.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Design Team, and Client representatives.
• Oversee quality control, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Monitor progress and manage site documentation.
