Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is partnering with one of North America's major construction contractors to appoint Senior Site Managers and Site Managers for major design and build projects across Toronto.

The role requires relocation to Canada. The package includes a tax-free relocation, a salary in the $135K-$165K USD range (£70K-£100K), and a pension. Visa/work permit support is offered by the client.

Qualifications

• Experience on large scale design and build projects (£25m+)
• Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada
• Track record as Senior Site Manager on D&B projects (£25m+)

Responsibilities

• Control site logistics, maximise efficiencies and minimise deficiencies
• Plan, organise, direct and control daily construction operations
• Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
• Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
