Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a high volume residential builder.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily running of the development site ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Motivate and manage site staff while providing necessary training.
• Conform to building regulations and maintain accurate site records.

Skills

Effective communication and listening skills

Good administration skills

Ability to work under pressure

Proficient IT skills

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level

Valid SMSTS certificate

Valid First Aid certificate

Construction Management – HNC Level 4, HND Level 5 or NVQ Level 6
