The role involves overseeing site operations for a high-rise residential scheme, managing logistics, and ensuring quality delivery. Job description

We're working with a well-established developer on a high-rise residential scheme in London, now moving into the construction phase. We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join the delivery team as No.2 on site, reporting directly to the Project Director.

This is a position for someone who is strongest in the early and technically challenging stages of a build. The successful candidate will take ownership of site operations through groundworks, RC frame, externals and fa ade delivery, overseeing a dedicated site team and working closely with design, commercial and planning functions to drive programme and quality.

Key responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.
  • Leading subcontractors through groundworks, RC frame, externals and fa ade phases.
  • Supporting the Project Director in planning, programming and reporting.
  • Coordinating design information and managing technical interfaces.
  • Maintaining strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
About you:
  • Proven track record delivering major residential or mixed-use schemes in London.
  • Strong technical knowledge across RC frame, externals and fa ade.
  • Confident managing complex logistics and tight urban sites.
  • Collaborative, hands-on leader who can motivate and support their team.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.

Location: Central London

Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 plus package
