With an excellent name, you will have the autonomy to deliver projects from start to finish, without excessive red tape and typical tier 1 protocols.
The building contractor takes on projects of varied nature, including Healthcare, education, local authority, commercial, private residential, sports and leisure, embassy, and religious buildings. It has an excellent reputation, focusing on delivery of construction projects ranging from £200k to £5m, including refurbishment, new build and Cut‑and‑Carve.
We seek a professional who has proven longevity as a Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects up to £2m value. The candidate will be responsible for full site operations and will also manage client & Principal Contractor relations.
The contractor operates around Oxfordshire, predominantly covering Healthcare projects—standard NHS fit‑outs of wards. Experience as a Site Manager within the Healthcare sector is required, with great attention to detail in design and managing M&E packages in a high‑traffic, fully operational live environment.
On offer for the above position is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a privately owned main contractor, where the owners are personable, supportive and allow the managers to manage and be themselves.
