The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring project delivery within scope and timescales while managing site execution. Candidates should hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card. Competitive rates of £350 to £400 per day are offered with some negotiation possible.

Overview

We are working with a well-established contractor who turn over circa £10m per annum. They are a varied business who undertake a mixture of commercial, industrial & education schemes to £2m. They ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to work on the demolition and re-development of an industrial scheme near Morden. This is a £2m project due to commence late November.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a stand-alone Site Manager on the demolition and re-development of an industrial scheme near Morden, ensuring delivery to project scope and timescales.
• Manage project execution on site as a single-point responsibility, coordinating activities and resources as required.

Remuneration

Rates will be reflective of the stand-alone management role and are between £350.00 & £400.00 a day. There is an element of negotiation.
