Qualifications

• Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes.
• Valid CSCS Black Card is desirable.
• SMSTS and first aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of residential projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure tight build schedules are met.
• Report to Project Manager/Director and manage Assistant/Site Managers.
