• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end or luxury residential projects.
• Strong understanding of bespoke fit-out techniques, materials, and specialist packages.
• Ideally from a trade background (joinery, carpentry or similar), though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for delivering the project on time, on budget and to spec.
• Coordinating subcontractors, managing quality control, site safety and client liaison.
• Weekly client reporting and coordination with design team.
