Job summary

Keepmoat is seeking a Senior Site Manager for the Halegate development in Widnes. You will safely and profitably plan, manage and control day-to-day site activities in line with the programme and budget.

You will lead the site team and subcontractors, drive quality, cost control and a customer-focused delivery, while recruiting and mentoring staff and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, ideally at Senior Site Manager level.
• Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control day-to-day site activities at Halegate development.
• Oversee production, quality, cost control and customer care to ensure profitability and customer focus.
