Senior Site Manager Required for a Big Development in Glasgow

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a complex and busy site in the centre of Glasgow. You will oversee the construction of an 18-storey, approximately 600-room building from the ground up. The project will involve the use of post-tensioned (PT) slabs and reinforced concrete (RC) frames, among other advanced construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the construction of a large-scale mixed-use development.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and daily activity logs.

Key Requirements

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS – Black card
• Fire Marshall certification
• Previous experience with complex construction projects.
• Experience with RC frames, PT slabs, and other advanced construction techniques.
