Role Overview

As Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead key works packages through the project lifecycle, ensuring all activity is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with design and specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring alignment with programme timelines
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards through proactive site management
  • Overseeing quality assurance and compliance with building regulations
  • Leading and supporting site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals
  • Monitoring progress, reporting to senior management, and addressing challenges as they arise
  • Coordinating site logistics and managing resources effectively
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
About You
  • Proven experience managing major construction projects with a Tier 1 main contractor
  • A strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and compliance
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications
  • Clear communication, leadership, and organisational skills
