• Experience as a Site Manager working for a main contractor (essential).
• Ideally experience working in a secure or prison environment.
• Understanding of different contracts e.g. NEC, JCT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective working relationships with customers and advisors.
• Implement Company policies for Sustainability and Health and Safety.
• Ensure project works comply with the contract specifications.

Skills

Technical knowledge and main contractor construction experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Commercial and financial awareness

Education

Safety Level 1 course; SMSTS
