• Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned maintenance works.
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and site documentation is up to date.
• Liaise with residents and client representatives for communication.
• Monitor budgets, progress, and KPIs.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues.

Skills

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within social housing planned works

Strong experience in cladding remediation

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and CDM requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain resident satisfaction

Education

SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred)

Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join their team in North London.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned maintenance works (Retrofit, Cladding)
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure timely and quality delivery of multiple sites/projects
• Ensure health & safety compliance and site documentation is up to date
• Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication
• Monitor budgets, progress, and KPIs to ensure project targets are met
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve any on-site issues proactively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within social housing planned works
• Strong experience in cladding remediation
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and CDM requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred)
