Senior Site Manager

Location: Outskirts of Exeter
Salary: Up to £75,000 + excellent package
Duration: 4-5 year flagship development

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager on behalf of a highly regarded national house builder, to oversee a long-term, high-profile residential development on the outskirts of Exeter.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a major 4-5 year project, working with a well-established business known for quality, stability, and strong project delivery.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Full site management from initial groundworks through to completion
• Managing and motivating site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
• Driving build programme and maintaining quality standards
• Coordinating with commercial, technical, and customer care teams
• Representing the business professionally on a flagship scheme

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager (or experienced Site Manager ready to step up) within residential house building
• Strong background delivering volume or large-scale housing projects
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
• Able to commit to a long-term project and see it through from start to finish
