Job description

A new client of Sphere is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company is a large national main contractor with a turnover of over 1B per annum. They are one of the largest privately owned businesses remaining within the UK construction market.

While working in this role, you will be site-based No.2, reporting to a Project Manager for one of the following schemes:

• New Build Student Accommodation - 18 Storeys - 57M
• New Build Student Accommodation - 22 Storeys - 65M

My client is looking for an individual who can demonstrate long periods of work history with established Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Experience in High Rise or Student Accommodation projects would be advantageous.

Essential qualifications include a degree, CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
