Senior Site Manager

Salary: £60K

Location: Mill Hill

Region: London

We are currently recruiting for a large residential developer who are looking for a senior site manager with RC frame experience and traditional build houses on large residential project for a large residential development in Mill Hill. This is working on externals so good experience with brickwork, concreting and cladding is essential. You should have experience of working for large developers and understand drawings and be able to communicate any design issues.

This is a role reporting into the Project manager with a finishing manager under you. You should have skilled CSCS as well as SMSTS and a checkable work history. These roles are tempo perm on a rate of £230-240 per day and then £60K
