Responsibilities

• Manage complex and challenging residential refurbishment contracts (traditional contracts NOT Design & Build).
• Work on schemes generally valued between £5m and £15m in prime areas such as Chelsea, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington and Mayfair.
• Perform duties typical of a Senior Site Manager: ensuring on-site delivery, coordinating trades, maintaining schedule, and managing client expectations.
• Navigate logistics and deliveries (e.g., coordinating with suppliers and trades to avoid delays) and ensure work progresses safely and to the required quality.
• Provide reassurance to clients on project details (e.g., finishes and any changes during construction).

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering super-prime refurbishments £5-£15m.
• A track-record of projects from start to finish and time-spent at previous employers.
• Calm judgement, patience, and a dry sense of humour.
