The Opportunity

An Excellent Opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 170 unit residential scheme in Bury St Edmunds consisting of primarily apartments in blocks up to 5 storeys along with parcels of housing for a business with a huge pipeline of future schemes in the area and a diverse portfolio of residential projects from RC frame apartment developments to traditional build and timber frame housing and apartments schemes, and unique listed building residential projects.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Site Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. Experience in the construction and delivery of residential apartments is important for this position.
