The Company

The Opportunity

As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility as the number one on-site, managing the successful delivery of a project up to £10M in value. You’ll be leading all aspects of site operations – from health & safety and quality control to subcontractor coordination and client liaison. Project types include mixed-use developments, commercial builds, education, healthcare schemes and industrial including new build & refurbishments. It is important that you have had experience working for a regional or national contractor as a project lead.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new build & refurbishment projects (£2M–£10M+)
• Background working with regional or national principal contractors
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
