Marvin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a permanent, full-time Basildon RC frame residential regeneration project. The role focuses on leading RC frame construction, post-tensioned slabs and slip-form operations, while coordinating engineering, surveying and construction programmes to deliver on time and to program.

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager on multi-storey residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong RC frame construction expertise, including PT slabs and slip-form systems.
• Excellent site engineering and surveying knowledge, including setting out, levels and tolerances.
• Strong project planning, programme management and sequencing capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee RC frame construction, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, PT slabs and slip-form operations.
• Coordinate site engineering, setting out, surveying and dimensional control.
• Develop and manage construction programmes using Microsoft Project, monitoring critical paths and key milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and construction sequencing.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, access and temporary works within a constrained town centre environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, specifications, quality standards and building regulations.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and commercial team to resolve buildability issues and maintain progress.

Senior Site Manager – RC Frame Residential Regeneration

Location: Basildon

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: up to £80,000 pa

***Must be available in less than a month***

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a residential developer delivering a mid-rise residential town centre regeneration scheme.

The successful candidate will have strong reinforced concrete (RC) frame expertise, including post-tensioned (PT) slabs and slip-form systems, alongside proven site engineering, surveying and construction programme management skills.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, timely and high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate site engineering, setting out, surveying and dimensional control.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager on multi-storey residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong RC frame construction expertise, including PT slabs and slip-form systems.
• Excellent site engineering and surveying knowledge, including setting out, levels and tolerances.
• Strong project planning, programme management and sequencing capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Good understanding of construction health and safety, quality assurance and temporary works.
• Relevant construction management or civil engineering qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
