Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer to work with Energy on GGP - PTNO in Porthmadog. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant civil engineering works with strong client and supply chain collaboration.

You will promote best practice in health, safety and environmental matters and guide setting-out and temporary works while ensuring accurate documentation and risk control throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Familiar with ITPs, RAMs and temporary works.
• Strong knowledge of current civil engineering legislation and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote best practice in health, safety and environmental matters.
• Assist with temporary works design schemes.
• Maintain good relations with client, designer, and team, plus supply chain.
• Advise engineers on setting out methods and techniques.
• Ensure drawings/specifications contain sufficient information for construction.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements for works.
